VPB Studio Legale Associato is born: strong ties for a bridge between history and future
VPB Studio legale associato is a joint initiative of Alberto Predieri and Marco Bisceglia, partners at de Bedin & Lee studio legale associato and Edoardo Vassallo and Gaia Griccioli, partners at Visconti & Associati.
The firm, operating from the Milan headquarters and the offices in Hong Kong, where the two correspondent of counsels Justin Chow and Francesca Biroli are based, and in Rome, aims at providing integrated legal assistance to national and international clients.
The four founding partners, who share their views on today’s legal profession and the challenges it presents, have chosen to create a structure with streamlined governance and a strong identity, rooted in the international field in which they have been operating for decades.
«We chose each other for our numerous shared visions, the quality of our work, and the ability and speed of response. We want to continue operating with the same rigour and enthusiasm», comments Alberto Predieri, who oversees the firm’s international relations.
«We intend to strengthen our presence in Italy in favour of foreign clients», says Alberto Predieri, «from M&A to contracts, with specific expertise in various industrial sectors, from fashion to luxury, from manufacturing to high-tech and professional sports. One of our focuses is also on family businesses, mainly to follow generational transitions of company and family assets and protect investments and assets».
«We are fully committed to advising our clients in litigation, arbitration and ADR, on national and cross-border complex cases in a variety of industries: our experience and creativity are at their service in Italy and abroad», adds Edoardo Vassallo, a seasoned litigator and arbitrator.
The firm will also be able to leverage Giuseppe Visconti’s extensive experience with corporate and private clients, who actively supported the creation of the new firm and will act as resident of counsel.
