Marco Bisceglia focuses on commercial law contracts, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law and inheritance law. He assists clients at both the negotiation and litigation phases.
Marco has gained expertise and experience in representing private clients operating in the real estate sector, including logistics, hospitality, and residential, as well as related fields such as construction, architecture, and development.
Marco is a board member of Findynamic S.r.l., a fintech company. He also serves as managing director of the Fondazione Società del Quartetto di Milano – ETS, a historic music institution founded in 1864 that provides pro bono legal assistance and advice. Finally, he acts as a member or chairman of supervisory bodies of companies operating in the media and sports sectors.
