Education and qualification
- Graduated in Law from Turin University in 1993

Edoardo assists Italian and foreign clients in litigation and arbitration, including with challenges to domestic and foreign arbitral awards, as well as at mediations and other dispute-resolution proceedings.
His nearly thirty years of experience have been developed in the areas of corporate and contract law, with a special focus on domestic and cross-border litigation (both in arbitration and before the ordinary courts) arising from the sale and purchase of shareholdings and breaches of shareholders’ agreements, procurement and EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) contracts, and international contracts for the sale of industrial assets and plants.
He is also active in corporate litigation, particularly as regards the liability of directors and auditors, and in the defence against revocation actions and other insolvency and bankruptcy litigation.
Edoardo has been appointed as an arbitrator in national and international ad hoc and administered arbitration proceedings (International Chamber of Commerce in Paris and the Milan Chamber of Arbitration).
Edoardo has gained experience in preventing and managing pre-contractual disputes arising from the interruption of negotiations, particularly in extraordinary transactions (M&A) or complex contractual arrangements.
Edoardo also provides non-judicial advice in the areas of corporate law, extraordinary operations (M&A), and business contracts. Most specifically, he has acted for clients operating in the fields of engineering and construction, energy, fashion & luxury, hospitality, and the mining industry.
Edoardo is a contributor for Italy to GAR – Global Arbitration Review (2024 – 2026).
