Education and qualification
- Graduated in Law from Milan University in 1994
- Admitted to the Milan Bar since 1997
- Admitted to Italian Superior Courts since 2014
Alberto primarily focuses on contractual, commercial, and corporate law, as well as extraordinary transactions (M&A), and real estate law, advising during negotiations and (if necessary) at litigation.
Alberto has gained expertise and experience in assisting Italian clients operating in the publishing, advertising, manufacturing, food and wine, and real estate sectors. He also specializes in counseling foreign clients on their Italian investments in these sectors.
He is the firm’s point of contact for international relations, which he manages through frequent travel and participation (including speaking engagements) at conferences and conventions. His affiliations include IR Global, the American Bar Association International Law Section (International M&A Joint Venture, Europe Committee and International Contracts Committees and Senior Lawyers Division) and the American Bar Foundation (fellow membership).
Alberto is a member of the board of the Pierfranco and Luisa Mariani Foundation ETS. He is active in pediatric neurology and carries out pro bono activities at various organizations, including the International Paralympic Committee. Specifically, he serves on the organization’s Appeals Court for Classifications, Court of Appeals, and ad hoc tribunals.
