Francesca handles business development at the correspondent firm in Hong Kong, Chow de Bedin LLP.
Francesca assists European and Italian clients with undertaking projects and commercial activities in Hong Kong and China.
She has extensive experience in commercial and corporate practice, with particular emphasis on cross-border investments, investment structures and joint venture agreements as well as manufacturing and development, licensing and distribution agreements.
Francesca has also gained experience in the fields of intellectual property law, employment law and privacy law.
