Andrea Tina joins VPB Studio legale associato
Andrea Tina, a lawyer and full professor of Commercial Law at the University of Milan, has joined VPB studio legale associato as of counsel.
Prof. Tina has a strong international background, including a PhD in Commercial Law from Bocconi University and an LLM in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law.
In addition to his academic activity and legal practice, which he has pursued since 2003 (admitted to the Supreme Court since 2019), he is serving as President of the ABF Board in Milan (Banking and Financial Ombudsman) since 2024, appointed by Banca d’Italia, the central bank of Italy.
