Professor Andrea Tina has a strong international background, including a PhD in Commercial Law from Bocconi University and an LLM in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law.
He is Full Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Milan and has practised law since 2003. He became a lawyer admitted to the Supreme Court in 2019 and, since 2024, has been Chairman of the ABF Board in Milan (Banking and Financial Arbitrator), appointed by the Bank of Italy.
