Eleonora mainly assists Italian and international clients in litigation matters before ordinary courts, as well as during mediation procedures and at settlement and pre-litigation phases. She is active in the civil law area covering contracts, real estate and inheritance law, as well as commercial and corporate law.
Eleonora also provides out-of-court advice while assisting Italian and foreign companies in the draftong and negotiation of business and commercial contracts and in operational corporate consulting activities.
