Alessandra is an expert of commercial and civil law with particular emphasis on real estate, intellectual property and trusts and estates.
Alessandra assists clients with commercial and corporate contracts drafting and negotiation. She has also developed particular skill and experience in litigation, starting from the pre-litigation phase and Alternative Dispute Resolution, and trials both before Courts and on Arbitration, on behalf of both corporate and private clients.
Alessandra applies her notable experience on employment law matters while assisting companies and executives in both out-of-court and litigation matters. She also supports employers in the day-to-day management of employment relationships, as well as in transferring company assets.
